How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in real estate for 8 years as an investor and saw a need for quality home inspector when investing in real estate so I decided to get my home inspector's license.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Price and personality. I encourage clients to actively participate in the home inspection and ask questions. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
S&J Home Inspections covers the Midlands of South Carolina.
What type of payments do you accept?
Check, Cash, Money Order, and Credit Cards
Which areas do you service?
Richland, Lexington, Kershaw, Fairfield, and Sumter counties mainly
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner and operator of S&J Home Inspections.
