Landmark Resources, LLC has been opening doors to new beginnings since 1983. Over 30 Years!!
What is your primary product or service?
We provide Property Management, Real Estate Sales & HOA Management. Providing our clients with honesty and the best service possible!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked with the Credit Bureau and Equifax for 5 years and moved back home to Columbia, SC. Obtained my real estate license in 1977 and started Landmark Resources, LLC in 1983.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Landmark Resources, LLC manages homes, town homes, condo's, duplexes in all of Richland and Lexington counties. From Blythewood to Red Bank. We also manage rentals and the HOA's at Park Circle, Place On The Greene, and Plaza Centre, Catering to students/faculty/staff of University of South Carolina and surrounding campuses. Being within walking distance of School, work, and play! We also manage HOA's in Lexington, St Andrews, Irmo, and out in North East Columbia. We have two HOA managers on staff to be available to the Board of Directors and the property owners, providing services not offered by other management companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our "home" office, located at 1516 Richland Street, and our Home Owner's Association Office located at 1600 Park Circle, in Suite # 104.

From 277- Continue on Bull St., Make a left on Richland St. Landmark is the second Historical House on the right. Or from I26 continue straight onto Elmwood Street, turn right onto Bull Street then the 2nd light turn left onto Richland Street and Landmark Resources is the 2nd building on the right.

All of Richland and Lexington Counties and some of Kershaw county.

Laura Nichols is the President of Landmark Resources, LLC and Broker in Charge.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Saturday-10am-3pm Sunday- Closed
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Receiving the trust and understanding of our clients. Trusting our Property Managers, Service Technicians and Staff to take care of anything that could be needed in any aspect of our business. From owners trusting our judgement on prospective tenants, and service calls, to the Families that trust our Real Estate Agents to help them find their new home.
