How long have you been in business?
Earth Available Realty opened in February of 1991, but Hugh Ryall, the Broker in Charge had already been in the real estate business for many years.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a service company with nothing to sell. We help Home Buyers find the best house or property for them, and negotiate to get the best price and terms possible.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are relatively few EXCLUSIVE Buyers Agents around, and none with our depth of knowledge and experience. Many agents say they represent Buyers, but they also list homes which opens the way for Dual Agency to probably be the end result.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one, but we work the entire Midlands area from that one location. Because we work only for Buyers, we don't need offices all over town.

What type of payments do you accept?
We get paid by the Listing Company, not by the Buyer.
Which areas do you service?
From Lugoff to Chapin - the entire Midlands area of South Carolina
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Hugh and Carol Ryall are the owners and operators. We started as business partners in February of 1992
What are your hours of operation?
From 10 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
To refer someone else to us, because they were so impressed with our service. Thank goodness, this happens frequently for us.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
“Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly . . . and leave the rest to God.”
